The highest-risk weekend in banking, rehearsed until it is routine.
Legacy-to-Temenos migrations and major version upgrades, run with tested frameworks, our own tooling and the scar tissue of having done it before.

- You are moving from a legacy core onto Temenos and the data is decades old
- A version upgrade is overdue and custom code is in the way
- You are moving from TAFC to TAFJ, or from on-premise to cloud
- A previous migration attempt stalled and confidence needs rebuilding
Core banking migrations are among the highest-risk programmes in financial services. The data is old, the dependencies are undocumented and the weekend is non-negotiable. Our team has led legacy-to-Temenos migrations and complex version upgrades, and we built Migrat3, our own migration and reconciliation tooling, because we needed it.
How we de-risk it
Reconciliation is designed in from the first mapping, not added before cut-over. Every rehearsal produces counts, timings and exceptions that are compared with the last. Cut-over only goes ahead when the numbers have stopped moving.
Upgrades without surprises
A version upgrade is a migration of custom code as much as data. We inventory local developments, classify what can return to standard and plan the upgrade so the next one is cheaper than this one.
Named deliverables, not a statement of intent.
scope, sequencing, coexistence and the cut-over approach, agreed before build starts
source-to-target rules with reconciliation built in
dress runs against production-like data until timings and counts are predictable
a go/no-go checklist, a run book, named roles and hypercare
