Connected to everything around it, and still standing at month end.
Payment rails, channels, CRM, regulatory reporting and third-party data connected to Temenos through designs that hold up in production.

- A new channel, rail or scheme has to reach the core without destabilising it
- Interfaces have grown one at a time and nobody can draw the whole picture
- Batch windows, retries and error routing are undocumented and failing quietly
- You are exposing Transact through APIs to front ends or partners
Connecting Temenos to the systems around it takes precision and product knowledge in equal measure. Payment rails, CRM, regulatory reporting engines, market data, document systems and digital channels each have their own timing, volumes and failure modes.
How we work
We trace each operation from its trigger to its final acknowledgement in the receiving system, not just to the screen. We document synchronous and asynchronous hand-offs, cut-offs, batch overlap and recovery dependencies. Then we design integrations that behave the same at 3 a.m. on the last day of the month as they do in a demo.
What that protects
A screen that accepts an instruction is not evidence that the instruction completed. Our designs make completion visible, so operations and audit can see what the system did, not just what it was asked.
Named deliverables, not a statement of intent.
every interface, file, queue and schedule, with its owner and failure behaviour
APIs, messaging and file exchange built to Temenos patterns
retries, duplicate prevention, reconciliation and monitoring designed in, not bolted on
editable sources, not a supplier-only repository
