Tony has spent more than a decade in Temenos systems and digital banking transformation, leading complex technology programmes for financial institutions across Europe and beyond. His background is in Temenos Payment Hub and core platform modernisation, and he has played a major part in some of the most complex TPH programmes in Europe.
He is known for delivery precision and a practical approach to client success: delivery models that lower risk and shorten time to market across TPH, Transact and Infinity, for tier 1 and tier 2 banks.

- Shapes the approach on every engagement, so the architecture and the delivery plan serve the outcome the bank actually needs rather than the one in the brochure.
- Leads the build and integration of Temenos-based platforms, with regulatory compliance and risk management treated as design inputs, not afterthoughts.
- Owns delivery assurance and the relationships with vendors and partners, so one person at TFD answers for the result.
- Builds and leads the multidisciplinary teams that do the work, in regulated environments where the margin for error is thin.
