T24 technical leader who owns the client journey from first contact to support.

Ronalds steers the client experience across all of TFD’s Temenos work. His expertise covers both core banking and the payments hub (TPH), and he is TOGAF certified.

He has worked on major bank implementations as an architect, delivery lead and advisor. In his current role he oversees the journey from first contact through post-launch support, and connects technical teams with business stakeholders.
