The blueprint comes first. Everything else depends on it.
Senior architects who design Temenos solutions that scale, stay maintainable and fit your enterprise architecture. Blueprint first, code second.

- You are selecting or confirming a target architecture before a programme is funded
- A new product, channel or payment rail has to fit an existing Temenos estate
- Custom code has grown around the core and upgrades have become expensive
- Cloud or SaaS is on the roadmap and the operating model has to change with it
A Temenos programme inherits its architecture for a decade. The decisions taken in the first weeks set the upgrade path, the integration cost and the operational load for years. We put senior architects on those weeks.
How we design
We start from your enterprise architecture and the installed product, not from a reference diagram. Every requirement is classified as standard, configuration, integration or custom, so the cost of each choice is visible before it is made. Greenfield or brownfield, the blueprint exists before a line of code is written.
Where it comes from
Our architects have shaped programme blueprints inside tier-1 banks, inside global integrators and inside Temenos itself. They have also lived with the consequences of designs they inherited, which is why they are careful with yours.
Named deliverables, not a statement of intent.
the target design, its boundaries and the decisions behind it
interfaces, flows, ownership and error handling, documented end to end
each requirement classified so the upgrade cost of every choice is visible
what lands when, with dependencies and the risks each phase retires
